The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • The following terms apply to all transactions processed through our online store, via phone and in person.



  • Consumer Agreement

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Our local delivery charge covers the following counties in Wisconsin: Waukesha, Racine, & Milwaukee. Any order to be delivered outside of that area will be charged an additional $12.00 (plus tax) as a standard wire service charge with another florist. This change will be made by our design team at Leaves Floral Design when the order is received and when the payment is processed.

    We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time with the exception of sympathy/memorial designs that are being delivered direclty to the memorial service at a church or funeral home. If your order is being delivered to a workplace, please note a range of time that your recipient will be available at that location. All delivery attempts will be made one time by our design team. If the recipient is not available or if the weather/location conditions do not allow us to safely leave the gift at the home, the recipient will be notified to pick up the gift at our design studio. A valid phone number is required for the recipient BEFORE the delivery attempt can be made. A valid delivery address and requested delviery date must also be provided by the sender. Failure to do so will delay the delivery until the sender can be contacted to complete the necessary address information. 

    Contact Info: We MUST have the recipient's correct phone number in the checkout process. Due to delivery restrictions with COVID 19 we MUST confirm that someone is home to bring the gift indoors. This would require an accurate phone number (home, office or cell) so we many contact the person before delivery if needed. Failure to provide an accurate phone number and/or address may result in an additional delivery fee if a second or third attempt is needed.

  • Sales Tax
  • Leaves Floral Design & Events charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Miscellaneous
  • Substiution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your fresh flower or plant design due to the availability of certain flowers, plants and containers in various parts of the country.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.  Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.  In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

    Coupon/Discount Policy: There is a limit of one coupon and/or discount per person, per day. No exceptions. This policy is valid in store and via any and all online store purchaes.

    Seasonal Price Change: Leaves Floral Design LLC reserves the right to altar any posted item price due to seasonal/holiday price changes. This change will ONLY be made prior to any order is complete and will notbe changed once a single order is placed and the payment in finalized. This term applies to such hoildays as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. 

    Payment: All orders must be paid in full before being delivered to the reciepient. Your payment will be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

    Order Cancellation: All SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds will be given on order cancellations. This includes everyday orders, corsages, boutonierres and garter orders. 

    Mylar Balloon Add-On: Please note effective February 1st, 2019, the "Add a Mylar Balloon" option will be an air-filled 9 inch mylar balloon on a stick. Customers wanting to order a standard 18 inch mylar balloon MUST contact the design team directly to check availability due to the national helium shortage. Thank You!

    WINTER DELIVERY GUIDELINES: If the air temperature is below freezing, we may contact the recipient BEFORE making the delivery attempt to ensure that someone is home and can bring them indoors right away. If we make the attempt and they are NOT home, the gift will return to our flower shop and the recipient will be contacted to arrange a time for pick up or a flexible second delivery attempt window. Second delivery attempts MAY NOT end up happening on the same requested delivery date. Please contact our Design Team with any questions.
